I was born and raised in Shapaja, San Martín, Peru. Eleven years ago, I had the opportunity to work at Pumarinri Amazon Lodge, where, thanks to the support of Lluís Dalmau, I began to discover my passion for wildlife and photography.

Pumarinri is located in a transitional forest between the Amazon lowlands and the dry forest of the Huallaga Valley, a region home to key bird species along Peru’s Northern Amazon Route.
